Spark people

A friend of mine gave me this web address and it is amazing! http://www.sparkpeople.com/ I decided it was time to start running again, we were getting a bit warmer around here, and I want to start eating healthier (really I mean shed a few extra pounds!). This site will keep track of calories eaten each day and what exercises were done. It will figure out a diet and exercise program based on how much you want to loose, what you want to tone and what time frame you want it done in. It has so much more I haven't had time to explore yet. And best of all it's FREE! Check it out it really is an amazing site!

I'm already using this and I love it! Great way to keep track of daily intake and exercise.
